Account & Data Deletion

You can ask Organiiz.ai to delete your account and associated data, or only selected personal data. You do not need to reinstall the mobile app to make a request.

How to submit a request

Requests are currently handled by email. Send the request from the email address linked to your account so we can verify it is you.

What can be deleted

Your account profile and login information
Uploaded room photos and AI-generated room images
Saved projects, task lists, and progress
Community posts, comments, points, and badges

What may be retained

Some information may be kept where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, resolving disputes, tax and accounting records, or enforcing our Terms. Content you shared publicly may have been viewed or saved by others before deletion.

Uninstalling does not delete your account

Removing the app from your device does not delete your account or data. Submit a request using the steps above.

Subscriptions are managed separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.
