Welcome to Organiiz.ai.

These Terms of Service describe the rules and conditions that apply when you access or use the Organiiz.ai website, mobile app, AI tools, subscription services, product recommendation features, community features, referral tools, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing Organiiz.ai, uploading content, purchasing a subscription, clicking product links, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Organiiz.ai.

For purposes of these Terms, “Organiiz.ai,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Spatara AI, the owner and operator of Organiiz.ai.

1. What Organiiz.ai Does

Organiiz.ai is an AI-powered decluttering and organizing app.

Users can upload or take photos of cluttered spaces, such as rooms, closets, kitchens, garages, pantries, bathrooms, laundry rooms, home offices, and other areas. Organiiz.ai uses artificial intelligence and related technology to generate personalized organizing task lists.

Organiiz.ai may also allow users to:

• Save organizing task lists
• Track progress
• Complete tasks
• Earn points
• Unlock badges
• Advance through levels
• View leaderboards
• Share before-and-after photos
• Participate in community features
• Refer friends
• Receive curated product recommendations
• Click affiliate product links
• Subscribe to paid plans

Organiiz.ai is intended to provide general organizing, decluttering, and productivity assistance. It is not a professional cleaning, safety, legal, medical, engineering, construction, pest-control, mold-remediation, hazardous-material, or emergency-response service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Organiiz.ai.

If you are under the age of majority in your state, province, or country, you may use Organiiz.ai only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using Organiiz.ai, you represent that:

• You are legally allowed to use the service.
• You have authority to agree to these Terms.
• The information you provide is accurate.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Not share your account with unauthorized users
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe your account has been misused, compromised, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

4. Free Trial and Free Photo Analysis

Organiiz.ai may offer each new user one free photo analysis.

The free analysis allows a user to upload or take one photo and receive one AI-generated organizing task list.

After the free photo analysis is used, continued access to additional AI photo analyses may require a paid subscription.

We may modify, limit, or discontinue the free trial or free photo analysis offer at any time.

Free trials and promotional offers may be subject to additional limitations, including restrictions on duplicate accounts, abuse, fraud, or repeated signups.

5. Subscriptions and Pricing

Organiiz.ai may offer paid subscription plans, including:

• Monthly Plan: $3.99 per month
• Annual Plan: $29.99 per year

Subscription prices may change in the future. Any changes will be displayed before purchase or renewal as required by applicable law. Subscriptions may include:

• Continued AI photo analyses
• Personalized organizing task lists
• Saved task lists
• Progress tracking
• Product recommendations
• Points, badges, and levels
• Leaderboard access
• Community features
• Referral features
• Other current or future premium features

We reserve the right to add, remove, modify, or limit features included in any subscription plan.

6. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Organiiz.ai or its payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee, taxes, and other applicable charges on a recurring basis until canceled. The renewal period will match the plan you selected unless otherwise disclosed. For example:

• A monthly plan may renew each month.
• An annual plan may renew each year.

You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want the subscription to continue.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the method provided at purchase, such as:

• Your Organiiz.ai account settings
• Stripe customer portal
• Apple App Store subscription settings
• Google Play subscription settings
• Another payment processor or app store used for the purchase

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically provide a refund for past payments unless required by law or expressly stated by Organiiz.ai. If you purchased through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another third-party payment provider, cancellation and refund rules may be controlled by that provider.

8. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Stripe, Apple, Google, or other payment platforms. Organiiz.ai does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers. By submitting payment information, you agree that the applicable payment provider may process your payment under its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for payment delays, failed payments, app store billing issues, declined cards, bank fees, or third-party payment processor errors.

9. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing, subscription payments are non-refundable. We may, in our discretion, offer refunds, credits, or other accommodations. Providing a refund in one case does not require us to provide refunds in other cases. If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests may need to be submitted directly to Apple or Google.

10. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

Organiiz.ai may use AI technology to analyze uploaded photos and generate organizing task lists, clutter summaries, product category suggestions, and related recommendations. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, or not suitable for your specific situation. You understand and agree that:

• AI results are suggestions only.
• You are responsible for reviewing all tasks before acting on them.
• You should use common sense and personal judgment.
• You should not rely on Organiiz.ai for safety-critical decisions.
• You should consult qualified professionals when needed.

Organiiz.ai does not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations will produce any specific result, improve your home, prevent injury, increase property value, or meet your expectations.

11. Safety Disclaimer

Organiiz.ai provides general organizing and decluttering guidance only. Do not use Organiiz.ai as a substitute for professional assistance involving:

• Mold
• Pests
• Hazardous materials
• Structural damage
• Electrical issues
• Plumbing issues
• Fire damage
• Flooding
• Hoarding disorder or mental health concerns
• Medical issues
• Legal disputes
• Construction or engineering work
• Heavy lifting or unsafe physical tasks
• Emergency situations

If a task appears unsafe, do not perform it. Contact an appropriate professional. Organiiz.ai is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, or other issues resulting from actions you take based on app suggestions.

12. User Content

You may upload, submit, post, share, or store content through Organiiz.ai, including:

• Photos
• Before-and-after images
• Room images
• Task lists
• Comments
• Community posts
• Captions
• Profile information
• Referral-related content
• Feedback

This is called “User Content.”

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license you grant us below.

13. License to User Content

By uploading, submitting, posting, or sharing User Content, you grant Organiiz.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, modify, process, analyze, transmit, and distribute your User Content as needed to:

• Provide the service
• Generate AI organizing recommendations
• Store and display task lists
• Display community posts you choose to share
• Recommend products
• Improve app functionality
• Provide customer support
• Maintain security
• Operate and improve Organiiz.ai

This license continues for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, maintain backups, resolve disputes, or enforce these Terms. If you delete User Content, we will take reasonable steps to remove it from active systems, but copies may remain in backups or logs for a limited period.

14. Community Features

Organiiz.ai may include community features where users can share organizing wins, before-and-after photos, comments, likes, or other content. You are responsible for anything you post.

Do not post content that:

• Contains private personal information
• Shows someone without their permission
• Includes children’s personal information
• Reveals addresses, financial records, IDs, passwords, or sensitive documents
• Is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, or defamatory
• Promotes illegal activity
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, scams, or misleading claims
• Violates another person’s privacy
• Contains unsafe instructions
• Is otherwise inappropriate

We may remove, hide, restrict, or moderate community content at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse community features.

15. Public Visibility of Community Content

If you post content in community areas, it may be visible to other users. This may include:

• Display name
• Profile image
• Before-and-after photos
• Room type
• Description
• Comments
• Likes
• Points or badges associated with the post

Do not post anything you do not want others to see.

16. Product Recommendations

Organiiz.ai may recommend products related to organizing, decluttering, storage, cleaning, or home setup.

Product recommendations may be based on:

• Room type
• AI-generated task categories
• Curated product lists
• Product tags
• User activity
• Product availability
• Affiliate relationships

Product recommendations are for convenience only.

Organiiz.ai does not manufacture, sell, ship, warrant, or guarantee third-party products unless expressly stated.

We are not responsible for:

• Product quality
• Product safety
• Product pricing
• Product availability
• Shipping
• Returns
• Warranties
• Retailer policies
• Retailer websites
• Product descriptions
• Product defects
• Product misuse

You should review all product details, retailer policies, customer reviews, and safety information before purchasing or using any product.

17. Affiliate Disclosure

Some product links may be affiliate links.

This means Organiiz.ai may earn a small commission if you click a product link and make a purchase. This does not affect the price you pay.

Organiiz.ai may receive affiliate commissions from recommended products or from other qualifying purchases made during the same shopping session, depending on the retailer or affiliate program. Affiliate relationships may influence which products are shown, but Organiiz.ai aims to recommend products that are relevant to organizing and decluttering needs.

18. Rewards, Points, Badges, Levels, and Leaderboards

Organiiz.ai may include gamification features, including:

• Points
• Badges
• Levels
• Streaks
• Leaderboards
• Referral rewards
• Community activity rewards

These features are designed to encourage engagement and motivation. Points, badges, levels, rankings, and rewards:

• Have no cash value unless expressly stated
• Are not transferable
• Are not property
• May be changed, corrected, removed, or reset
• May be revoked for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms
• Do not guarantee prizes, payments, or benefits

We may modify or discontinue gamification features at any time.

19. Possible Future Drawings and Promotions

No drawing, giveaway, or sweepstakes is currently active. In the future, Organiiz.ai may choose to offer drawings, gift card giveaways, or other promotional rewards. Any such program would be announced separately and governed by its own official rules. If required, official rules will explain:

• Other legal requirements

No purchase should be required to enter a sweepstakes unless legally permitted and clearly disclosed.

20. Referrals

Organiiz.ai may allow users to invite friends using referral links or codes.

Referral rewards may include points, badges, credits, or other benefits.

• Create multiple accounts to receive extra free analyses
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Use Organiiz.ai to generate misleading, unsafe, or harmful instructions
• Misuse community, referral, rewards, or leaderboard features

We may investigate and take action against violations, including account suspension or termination.

22. Intellectual Property

Organiiz.ai, including its name, logo, design, software, features, graphics, text, icons, interface, workflows, prompts, product structure, and related content, is owned by Organiiz.ai or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Organiiz.ai or any intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Organiiz.ai unless expressly authorized.

23. Feedback

If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or other comments, you grant Organiiz.ai the right to use them without restriction or compensation. We may use feedback to improve, modify, market, or develop Organiiz.ai.

Organiiz.ai may connect to or rely on third-party services, including:

• Suitability of AI recommendations
• Product recommendation accuracy

We do not guarantee that Organiiz.ai will meet your expectations or produce any particular organizing outcome.

30. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organiiz.ai and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, vendors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including damages for:

• Lost profits
• Lost data
• Loss of goodwill
• Service interruptions
• AI-generated errors
• Product purchases
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Subscription issues
• Community content
• Third-party services
• Unauthorized access
• Actions taken based on app recommendations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Organiiz.ai will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to Organiiz.ai in the three months before the claim, or
• $100

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

31. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Organiiz.ai, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, vendors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from:

• Your use of Organiiz.ai
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of law
• Your violation of another person’s rights
• Your misuse of AI recommendations
• Your community posts
• Your product purchases
• Your referral activity

32. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

33. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are located outside that state, you may have additional rights under the laws of your jurisdiction.

34. Venue

Unless otherwise required by law, you agree that any legal action related to these Terms or Organiiz.ai will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

35. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users by:

• Sending an email
• Displaying an in-app notice

Your continued use of Organiiz.ai after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using Organiiz.ai and cancel any active subscription.
